- Manage cross-border Canada-China education project operations and coordination
- Manage teaching and project teams to ensure teaching quality and delivery standards
- Collaborate with marketing, enrollment, and partners to drive program growth and business outcomes
- Participate as a core management member in the company's long-term education ecosystem and strategic development
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Business Administration, Education Management, International Education, Marketing, or related fields
- Fluent in both Chinese and English with professional-level business communication and cross-cultural management capabilities
- 8+ years of experience in education or related industries, including at least 3-5 years of team management experience
- Outstanding Canada-China (or cross-national) education project management experience, familiar with the Chinese market and North American education systems
- Marketing, sales, or project performance experience with clear business results orientation
- Mature team leadership skills, able to build processes, set standards, and drive high-quality execution
Nice to Have
- Experience building education programs from 0-1 or scaling from 1-10
- Background in international education, cross-border education, or education entrepreneurship
