Founder
SunJoy 创办人，具备中加双重教育背景的教育管理者与连续创业者。毕业于西安交通大学，获学士学位及 MBA，并于加拿大 Capilano University 完成北美商务 Post-Graduate Diploma，将教育实践与系统化管理深度结合。 2004 年创办 Sunny Training School，构建了可持续、可复制的办学与运营体系。2018 年启动 SunJoy 教育咨询、管理与加盟体系，推动成熟教育模式的标准化输出。2025 年推进跨境 SunJoy Education，聚焦中加教育资源整合与国际化发展，打造长期稳定的跨境教育平台。
Founder of SunJoy with a China–Canada academic background. Holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in North American Business from Capilano University, combining educational expertise with structured management thinking. Founded Sunny Training School in 2004, launched SunJoy's consulting and franchise system in 2018, and advanced cross-border SunJoy Education in 2025, focusing on international integration and long-term growth.

SunJoy 联合创始人，资深英语教育专家与教学体系建设者。拥有丰富的一线教学经验，长期以稳定的教学成效与专业素养获得家长与学生高度认可。 曾历任 Sunny Training School 总校校长，在教学质量管理、教师培养与校区运营方面积累了系统而成熟的实践经验，对学校模式的规模化发展与可复制落地发挥了关键作用。 自 2018 年起，担任 SunJoy 教师培训与加盟学院院长，专注于教师培养体系建设与加盟校教学管理，推动教学标准、培训流程与管理经验的持续输出，保障加盟体系的教学质量与运营稳定性。现任 SunJoy Online 北美外教平台 CEO，全面负责外教体系建设、教师培训与认证标准、教学质量管控、平台运营及商务代理体系运营，着力构建一个国际化、体系化、可持续发展的 ESL 教学生态。
Co-Founder of SunJoy and a senior ESL education expert and system builder. With extensive frontline teaching experience, she is widely recognized for consistent teaching outcomes and professional standards. Former Head Principal of Sunny Training School, she developed mature systems in academic quality management, teacher development, and campus operations, enabling scalable and replicable growth. Since 2018, she has served as Dean of the SunJoy Teacher Training & Franchise Academy. She currently serves as CEO of SunJoy Online's North American teacher platform, overseeing teacher systems, training and certification standards, academic quality control, platform operations, and business agent management, building a sustainable international ESL ecosystem.
